Be on time, if not 5 minutes early.

Be polite, smile.

Be assertive and ask questions if you aren’t sure of things.

Show initiative, if you see something that needs to be done – such as sweeping up hair off the floor,

go ahead and do it instead of being asked to do so.

Offer to assist other staff if required.
