We will personally come into your Salon to meet you and your staff and get a feel of what you are looking for in your new addition to your Salon.

At Salon Recruit we also offer one–on –one Training for Hairdressers, where we come out to your Salon and give your Apprentices dedicated time to help improve their Hairdressing skills and become the best Hairdresser they can be.
Founder & Owner
Dina Houtas-Panetta is the founder and owner of Salon Recruit.
Dina has over 20 years’ experience in the Hairdressing Industry, during which time she has gained a depth of experience in a diverse range of roles and worked with some great people and mentors.
She feels very passionate about encouraging and nurturing skills, and teaching newcomers in a pro-active environment to be the best hairdressers they can be and reach their goals in our great industry.
Over the last four years Dina has worked as a Hairdressing Educator educating Hairdressing Apprentices on becoming a qualified Hairdresser.
